Secure online orderingIf you decide to purchase from our store you will be prompted to provide information to complete a transaction. This includes address, telephone number, email address and credit card information. There are two ways in which we protect this information:
EncryptionThis site uses strong encryption to ensure your information is protected when you send it to us across the internet. Using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and 128bit encryption means that your information is, in any practical sense, uncrackable when in transit (see below for details).
No storage Once a transaction is complete we do not store your credit card information. This means each time you visit the site and buy a product you will be prompted to key in your card details again. However this means you don't have to worry about whether your details are safe with us, they are deleted on completion of the transaction.
Returns policyArts My Passion has a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns or exchanges for up to 30 days. Please note that we cannot accept returns if the canvas is not in its original packing.
Returns procedureIf you need to return an item, please email us at returns (@) ArtsMyPassion.com for a Return Merchandise Number (RMA) and return address details. Merchandise without an RMA cannot be processed.

Important informationPlease note the following: Please request an RMA number as soon as you decide to return an item. Returned products must be received within 30 days from the date you received your package. Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment within two weeks of receipt of your package. The original shipping cost will be deducted. For damaged goods please get in touch immediately upon receipt of the package for further instruction.
